When I connect a usb microphone to a computer, it is recognized as an audio system and I cannot record from it, how can I fix it?

I bought a new microphone, when I connect the computer it sees it, but it is recognized as an audio system and I can’t record from it, how can I fix it?

In the volume settings in the lower right corner of Windows there is a mixer (it seems to be in the control panel and in the list of standard programs). Right-click, select Recording Devices (or Recording Devices), find a new USB device, turn it on. Or all the same can be done through the Control Panel.
If this does not help, refer to the device manual.
If this does not help, google "device name how to turn it on in windows".
If you can't record in a particular program, such as Zoom or Skype, then select that recording source in that program.
