When going to the previous page via $router.go(-1), the url changes, but the page is not navigated to?

hello everyone, in the page header there is a "back" button when clicked ( @click="$router.go(-1)" ) to which we must return to the previous page, but it works every other time for some reason, the url obviously changes, but there is no transition to the page, is there any other more reliable way to go to the previous page.
