When exporting, the shortcode of the module is displayed instead of the description. How to display normal text?

Hello! On JoomShopping I try to upload goods in YML or CSV - the description is normal for some of the goods, but for some it is apparently displayed by some module and instead of the description, the following content is exported:

{module Описание дверей Классика}
{second_short_description}

How to solve the problem? How can a normal text description be exported?

Enable the plugin that outputs this, or enable the "process plugins" option.
