When downloading sass (npm i gulp-sass --save-dev) it says "sass github not available". What to do?

I installed gulp , I download sass with the command "npm i gulp-sass --save-dev" at first everything is fine, then it says that github is not available in your location, use a proxy. It downloads other plugins and everything worked yesterday too!
