What are the access issues for the second git user?

fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/poly-titova/poly-rep.git/': The requested URL returned error: 403

For the second user, we changed the config with the name and mail, but apparently something else needs to be done with the rights?

If authorization via ssh occurs, then register the ssh key in the repository
