When copying Photoshop, the color is distorted, how to fix it?

I copy the figure from the PDF file to the same file, while the color of the number on the new layer is much lighter, with the same JPG file the situation is the same, but for some reason a little less critical. There is also a question with images, but
on the example of a black and a small sign, the difference is especially noticeable. I can't figure out what could be wrong.
RGB mode. Snaps left pixels. The layer settings are the same.
