When connecting the controller to the computer, it says that the COM port is busy?
There is a robot designer made on the STM controller, communication is via UART-usb on the FTDI chip in the device manager, everything is fine. When starting the program included in the kit, trying to connect, it gives an error that the COM port is busy. what can be done?????

Is uart-usb working fine? Maybe the driver got crooked?
You can see PortMon from Sysinternals - which process is occupying the port.
You can try connecting to COM9 with something like hyperterminal (does such a program still exist?) or Putty to check if the port is available.
