When connecting Apollo to Angular, extra dependencies are installed. What for?

The ng add apollo-angular command, in addition to everything necessary, installs react in node modules, which causes errors. I have several questions. Why is React here (What role should it play here at all)? How to get rid of it? And does everyone who connects Apollo have such a problem?
