When compiling an incorrect query in Google bigquery, there is a block - for how long?

Good afternoon.

I make a request to google bigdata in bigquery - it gives me an error: "Quota exceeded: Your project exceeded quota for free query bytes scanned." - Tell me - for how long does the blocking occur? Is this a one-time error or does it block for a certain period of time? I can't figure out how to properly debug (an error in the current request or left over from the previous one).
