How does Want Result find out the phone number?

They wrote to me from the WhatsApp business (number [phone]). They also knew my name, a bunch of name + number = already personal data. On the landing, it is indicated that only numbers are being robbed, and a little lower they already write that they are collecting a whole "dossier" on a person with a name, age, etc., geo incl.

I did not notice any trackers on the sites themselves. Obviously they are all on third-party resources like qoopler.ru.
