In continuation of the previous question: there is a project on Bootstrap, the menu works on hover and on click. But when hover, sub-items appear, and when you click on the parent, you need to go to the page, but this does not happen.
What does clicking on the News item - go to the news page, but clicking on those items where there is a drop-down menu, for example Save Baikal - does not lead to anything. Tell me what is wrong and how to overcome it? Thank you.

If you remove data-toggle="dropdown" from the links, then yes it will work on the desktop, but
on mobile devices the dropdown menu will stop dropping out. when you click on the parent, instead of a drop-down menu, there is a direct transition to the page.
How can this situation be circumvented?
