When changing the scale of the page, the loading scale is not displayed correctly in google chrome, how to fix it?

OS windows 7. system font 125%. Zoom in browser 150%.
The loading circle is large, and the scale is filled as on a small one.
Is it possible to make it normal or completely turn off the scale?

Reported a problem in Google Chrome. (I had to set the scale to 100% to send feedback, because the "send" button was not visible) I did not really like their message. Can they not answer?

It's easier to find an alternative boot monitor, for sure, bring chrome extensions to it
