When activating Woocommerce, 500 Internal Server Error crashes, what should I do???

When activating the woocommerce plugin on the site, an error appears:
"500
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
Who faced this? how to fix?
I tried to reinstall wordpress via ftp installed plugin theme separately via ftp. .htaccess clean
Ran debug gave this
