What you need to know about networks and where to dig it?

I want to get acquainted with networks from the point of view of a programmer and freely navigate this topic. In this regard, the question is: what do I need to know and where can I read it (preferably in Russian). In this topic, I do not know anything significant.

On my own, albeit small experience, I can say that I really lacked a clear understanding of such concepts as: ip, port, socket, server, client, what protocols are, their types and features, and how networks are arranged in general, web- servers and web containers.
There is not so much information in Russian, especially of high quality. But still I can recommend:
1. Translation of the lectures of the Harvard course “CS50. Programming Basics
2. If you are programming in Java, then here is a small playlist for writing the simplest network applications, but the quality and presentation of the material is so-so.
Using these sources + reading various articles on the Internet, you can more or less form an idea about the topic, and deepen your knowledge as needed.
