Maybe someone knows, on what plug-ins or what solutions there are for creating a site for working with performers. Of this, only WP Job Manager found it, but it is necessary for the admin to post the work, then the registered participants (performers) saw it and by pressing the button applied for the job, then the admin chose the executor from those who responded in the form.
Actually, I divided the question into subcategories:
1. Using the same WP Job Manager, you can create vacancies and put something that only the admin would create them, but there, when you click on the button, it shows the mail they say send it there, but you need to submit an application, and the job itself went to the tab (my work).
2. How to make a work form with the selected artist so that he can attach a file, for example.
If anyone has done something similar or knows I would be very grateful.

I'm looking for something similar myself. But, I just need to bring, let's say: employers with employees, i.e. so that not only the admin himself, but also employers can set tasks. In general, there will be success - share and I, in turn, if I find something, I will share.
