What would you recommend VDS hosting for a terminal server on Windows 2008R2?

Hello.
The management set the task: to transfer one of the servers to the cloud. Windows Server 2008R2 is installed on the server, 1C:Enterprise, VLIS, e-mail are used. At the moment, all this is running in a virtual machine and consumes no more than 6GB of RAM and about 40GB of disk space. Five users connect via RDP.
What reliable/inexpensive/convenient foreign VDS hosting would you recommend for this task?
