What would you recommend to improve in the computer?

I want to improve my computer. What would you recommend to replace first of all and what exactly, in order to achieve maximum performance?

Processor: Intel Core I5-3350P
Video card: MSI GTX 760 2GB
RAM: 4+4GB DDR3
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-P75-D3P (rev. 1.1)
HDD: WDC WD10EZEX-00ZF5A0

I think the first step is to replace the processor with an Intel Core i7-3770 . And does it make sense to put two more 8GB RAM sticks (Strips from the same manufacturer with the same frequency and timing ). What about graphics card (MSI only)?
