What would you recommend in a corporate jabber messenger?

The task is set:
Put a text messaging server.
Requirements:
- Text messaging between users
- Ability to send messages to a group of people. (a specific group of contacts or everyone)
- Ability to send a file to a group of people (a specific group of contacts or everyone)
- Possibility of pop-up messages (reminders for users)
- Support for NTLM (in AD)
- Deployment via GPO
- Ability to configure clients centrally (hardly possible of course)
Everything seems to be clear with the server, it should be Openfire. but not so much with the client. what do you recommend?
Currently using Inbit messenger.
PS The ideal option would be MyChat, but there are about 150 users and no one will give money for the purchase. have to get out without money.

Is there something with the possibility of central administration? Storing client settings on the server? or only the moved profiles in AD to do?
