Please provide a detailed scenario of the scrum training session so that the team can conduct several iterations of the full toy-joke scrum (i.e. implement the process in miniature) and understand whether this methodology is suitable, which team members understand the principles of the methodology best and are closest to the scrum position -master, etc.
Please give the most detailed scenarios (i.e. the task itself and how to do it in terms of duration, because it is clear that the game sprint should not last 1-4 weeks, but only a few tens of minutes).
