What would be the optimal filesystem choice for Percona XtraDB?

Folks, please advise the optimal file system for data-dir + ib_log* + bin-log (as well as mount options).
Conditions:
- Read/Write 50/50 on large tables (10M+), transactions
- Ubuntu Server 12.04
- Percona Server 5.6
- if it matters - AWS EBS
Something tells me that ext4 noatime is not the best choice.

Tested at one time on etx4 and xfs, in general, everything works the same and the results were at the level of error.
There are few files, they are large, there are no deletions.
