Assemble the server yourself. Or buy ready-made. The filling is as usual: a lot of cores, a lot of ecc memory, ssd and hdd to taste, high-quality cooling and power.
Here you need to understand what kind of projects. If the emphasis on memory is one thing, the emphasis is on cores, and the base is only 1TB - this is another, if the emphasis is on storage, this is the third.
In fact, you need a regular full-tower server.
