What will work faster: client + request to the server with data or application and data on the server + rdp for the client?
There is a warehouse application running in os windows, the data is usually stored locally. To access the data, the borland database engine with the paradox driver is used. Networking is also available, but it only allows connection to samba servers. The warehouse manager wanted to have access to view warehouse data from anywhere in the world. Actually, the question is how to work faster with the application
1) send data to a remote samba server, configure the client on this server
2) raise the win server with rdp (remote fx), so that both the application and data spin on the server
I will listen to any of your ideas and suggestions, I will glad for any help. Thanks in advance.

For work within the local network - it does not matter.
But if the boss
I wanted to have access to view warehouse data from anywhere in the world, then the option of access via RDP will be more correct.
For good, it would be possible to write a web app on the same c # mvc and then no rdp is needed
