What will help to improve reading/translation and listening?

I'm not a beginner (Probably A2-B1). I know all tenses (I actively use only 12, because the rest are still a mess in my head and I decided to use them later, but nevertheless I understand them). I can’t evaluate the vocabulary, but I translate 7/10, the vocabulary is probably about 700 words (there are a lot in the passive)
I know about Grammar in Use and the rest, but still, is there anything interesting to study in my case? The most important thing for me is reading and listening. Books/resources/maybe channels on YouTube, etc.
