What will happen if you do not use a SIM card for which social networks and others are registered for a long time. Services?

Good afternoon, I’m worried about this question: If the SIM card just lies, that is, the tariff connected to it is no longer paid, calls are not made from the SIM card, but social networks and other resources are registered to the number, will it be blocked in this case? and if so, is my number unique even after deletion, or are these numbers just transferred to another client?

After some time (like 3 months), the SIM card is blocked, and the number is sent to the "sump" and after a while it can be issued to any other client.
About registration in social networks, banking clients, etc. the operator is not aware.

According to the terms of the agreement with the operator, after a certain inactivity of the SIM (lack of paid transactions), a monthly fee appears. It reduces the balance to 0 or drives it into a small minus. After that, it takes from one to six months and the contract with you is terminated. The number goes to the "sump", where it is a month or more. Further, depending on the needs of the operator, the number goes on sale. After the conclusion of an agreement with a new subscriber, it will not be possible to return it.
The operator does not inform anyone about the termination of the contract with you, because. has no information - on which services you used the phone number. (Banks may be an exception.)
Therefore, rebinding services to a new number or maintaining the balance on the old number is entirely your responsibility
