What will change if i3 3245 is replaced by i7 3770 on hackintosh?

Hello (I am a coder) what will be the changes if you make such a replacement? It will be faster to open all programs at startup? Or will it just be faster to open photoshop? Occasionally a drop slows down and with i7 it will work perfectly?
I don’t play games, it’s possible to replace everything, I checked everything according to the parameters, everything is suitable if you just change the processor itself.

win if you use software that can multi-core.
in general, productivity should grow up. but not so much that you go crazy about it if you don't understand what it is about and are happy with your i3.
