What will be a clear and understandable iterative process for opening a studio/agency?
Let's say I'm a designer, manager, financier all rolled into one.
There is an opportunity to work with the whole team, which I hire, I can find only remotely.
How to move and where to start to create your own agency?
What is better to focus on - only on design / engineering (if this is closer to me and I have been working for 10 years) or plunge into the full stack of technologies and hire full-stack people to cover the entire piece of tasks and give clients / customers a turnkey product ?
If anyone here has had a real experience with opening an agency, it would be interesting to hear the story (whether positive or negative).
If you really want to, then why not try?
Here's what I thought...
I understand, of course, that the competition is huge, the fashion at the studio and all that may have already passed.
The market is oversaturated, but there is also a lot of work.
But I want to understand more specifically where it is better to start, how to move, what areas or competencies to study more, what is useful?
It was very often for completed projects that a client came, and he was refused due to lack of resources or time (the customer wants a "turnkey product", and you only do the design or you can code, that is, there are actually not enough hands, and in search of proven there is no time left for partners, and the order "breaks off").
Please note that the organization of the entire event is only possible remotely.
I understand, of course, if I lived in Paris or Moscow, then everything is much simpler and you can meet in person, but the situation is such that I can only remotely.
Many people I know work this way, technology makes this possible, and the Internet allows you to do all this.
Thanks for the good advice, comments, contacts, all the best!

There is no block diagram on how to make it work. Everything turns out in agony and suffering on their mistakes.
For starters, it’s easier to work as a team on some big project. Then it will become clear whether it is necessary to steer everything yourself or is it better to grow as a professional worker, and not as a leader.
Do you have customers?
Do you know where to find customers?
Do you know how to convince them to work with you?
Know how to talk them out of leaving you
Know how to break up the right way
Know how to get money from them
If not, then no algorithm will help you
95% of businesses die in the first year
50% of them in the next three years
Register an individual entrepreneur (the easiest option, in case of failure it is easy to stop activities), the expenses are small (800 rubles for registration, 2000 rubles for a current account) + website, advertising if you wish and start working ...
With employees, in order to minimize costs, at the beginning work on under a civil law contract for the provision of services, as your financial condition allows you to hire a staff ...
Tighten your competence along the way, actively, depending on the demand and requests of customers, which sometimes differ significantly from region to region ... but lay more deadlines in first time.
The main thing is to start, and not wait for the perfect advice ... everyone has a different experience, you still won’t repeat it.
Hello! All this is probably not bad, but there is only one question: Do potential customers need it? The point is that if customers may not need any sites at all, they don’t need to scale their business, they just don’t want to have some headaches with the operation of the site, and so on and so forth, etc. etc. If all the attempts on the site are just imagination? Well, tell me, why should an average client by business standards have a website? What will he get from the site? We all believe that this is important, advertising is important to him, etc. Well, tell me, did the company live before that without a website? It was small, it became medium, and suddenly it needed a website, well, like the flow of customers somehow became different? In general, there are not so many even medium-sized companies that need a website, mostly they already have a website, but it makes no sense in their opinion to do something with this site, and those who do something develop,
Do not forget that the role of social networks is great, the same Instagram makes it easy and simple to find a lot of clients of the company itself without the help of web studios, freelancers, and other developers. And also Odnoklassniki, Vkontakte, because it’s easy to do everything minimally, on your own, without help and get clients yourself.
So tell me why the studio to do in this such a scenario of things?
I think that now the client needs to bring a ready-made kit: a tablet on which there is, instagram, vkontakte, classmates, adaptive site, access to the admin panel, easy admin panel and adding easy materials to the site, the answer is through the chat installed on the site immediately on this tablet, mail is configured , WhatsApp and ICQ chats, in general, there should be a sort of all-in-one kit and everything is already set up. This will be interesting now, but how you did it is not interesting to customers, and that you offer them the image of your web studio or just IP is NOT important to them. They care about the IMAGE of your offer, its modernity and relevance now, the ease of work and the ease of procedures for renewing payments for hosting, and so on. That's what's important that you bring a laptop, and showed them all this in one bottle and proved that it would be easy for the client to live with this economy and manage this economy easily. And then, if you have the ability to create such a product, customers will potentially appear more and more often.
