Monitoring

What website monitoring system do you recommend?

You just need to see if the site and its various components are working, such as the rest api, the database and the external site to which it makes requests. If something does not work, then receive notifications by email or slack. It is desirable, of course, a free solution, but a paid solution is also possible, I think $30 will be acceptable.

There are many ways how to do it better, but each method has its own advantages and disadvantages. The most correct way, in my opinion, is to use Zabbix, but for this you need to be able to fine-tune it.
The easiest way is to write a script in any language, but every time you try to make changes to the script, you will need to understand it for a long time and remember what goes where. Zabbix is free.
