What website/application is the fastest way to sketch a website design?

I want to make a design for a small landing myself, I have basic knowledge of design and web design. Is it possible to make quick sketches somewhere (website or app)? I want to make it adaptive on flex, so I'll be guided by the "layout" by eye. Or is it better to do it in photoshop?

You can train on constructors, even on paid ones, the trial time is completely enough to visualize the layout.
Ukit - well suited for landingos - you can throw in a design that you like in half an hour.

Weird question. If you don't have layout skills (and most likely you do), then your sketches are just a waste of time.
For what goals and objectives do you want to "sketch the design"? If the developer - any graphic editor will do.
If for myself (like I can) - IMHO this is a waste of time.
