What web or desktop clients do you use for postgres?

I am doing a postgre project and am amazed at the inconvenience and lack of a bunch of familiar functions (compared to phpmyadmin, sqlYog, HeidiSql and the like) in pgadmin or phppgadmin. Who works with postgres, tell me what managers or administration tools you use.
