What VPS configuration is required for multiple sites?

There are 10 sites, with different CMS. Bitrix, WordPress, OpenCart. Now everything is hosted on a regular shared hosting from Beget. Would like to transfer sites to VPS from DigitalOcean (for example).
Can you please tell me what VPS configuration should be chosen so that all sites work without any problems with a lack of resources? Processor, amount of RAM? Storage space is enough 20-30 GB.
Attendance is small, 200-300 per day in total from all sites.

it cannot be assessed without monitoring. if it is possible to monitor the loading of resources on the current hosting - start with such a study
