What virtualization to use on a Server running Ubuntu server 14.04?

Good afternoon.
There is a server with 2 core Xeon 3 GHZ + 8Gb RAM
At the moment it uses SAMBA, in the near future NFS, DLNA server (without transcoding), torrent download, ....
X server is not and is not planned.
It is required to improve your level and also train to raise 2 virtual servers here - Centos + elastix and FreeBSD as a web server.
Please tell me which hypervisor to choose, which is easy to configure, it is desirable to have Russian documentation, it is possible to have a web face for administration and configuration.
It seems that Xen suits my tasks - but what is it and how have I never encountered it.

Use native KVM virtualization.
It has a very handy command-line management utility virsh from libvirt, and you can also connect with graphical clients, such as virt-manager.
Very readable virtual machine configuration files.
