For example. I'm sitting in the country, only 3G - that is, no upload. I shot a video - keeping the computer turned on for days, and even with an open page for uploading to video hosting - is not an option. In both options, limited options for video hosting are supported, from which the video looks not like a link to a file, but a player with a preview “a la YouTube”.
It is surprising that such an obvious function was not provided for in Google - where God himself would have ordered video files from G.Drive to be made visible in G +. Not in Yandex, where there is also a cloud drive, etc.
