What video hosting can host video from the cloud without downloading it to a client computer?
It is strange that only Vimeo offers such functionality - it can take videos from a linked Dropbox account. But Vimeo is slow and buggy.
For example. I'm sitting in the country, only 3G - that is, no upload. I shot a video - keeping the computer turned on for days, and even with an open page for uploading to video hosting - is not an option. At the same time, the Dropbox folder (Y.Disk/G.Drive/etc.) is synced sometime. So how to transfer a file from the cloud to video hosting?

It feels like Vimeo is an unnecessary spacer here.
You don't even need a flash - mp4 is played with the built-in html5 directive:
<video controls="controls" height="480" width="640">
<source src="https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/12345678/MoeKinishko.mp4" type="video/mp4" />
</video>
BoomStream , formerly FLV Storage, can now download videos from cloud storages: Dropbox, Google Drive, Sky Drive, Yandex.Disk.
Thank you, but this is not quite right ... I don’t need to go to my page, but, for example, to the forum (technical report on the flight of an aircraft model) or to social networks (family video). In both options, limited options for video hosting are supported, from which the video looks not like a link to a file, but a player with a preview “a la YouTube”.
It is surprising that such an obvious function was not provided for in Google - where God himself would have ordered video files from G.Drive to be made visible in G +. Not in Yandex, where there is also a cloud drive, etc.
I found a solution "through ...": I upload the video to the SD smart, and 500MB of smrat per night was uploaded to G +.
Try telly.com .
When adding a new video - specify a link to dropbox, then it's a matter of technology. Should work. :)
