What version of .Net Framework has WinDes.exe?

In the book "C# and the .NET platform" (for 2004) I read that there is such a utility - windes.exe. It is located in the /Bin directory of the .NET SDK folder. On a foreign forum, I found that it was in some kind of beta version of the NET SDK (but it was not said which one). And it's hard to search for all the old versions and install them. Maybe someone knows in which version this utility was present?

WinDes.exe is a test container for the Windows Forms Designer. This application shipped with the Beta 1 version of the .NET Framework, but has been removed from Beta 2 and future releases of the .NET Framework. All the functionality of WinDes.exe is contained in the Visual Studio.NET Windows Forms Designers (both C# and Visual Basic). Visual Studio.NET should be used to create Windows Forms applications.

Apparently we are talking about .net 1.0 beta 1
