What VDS hosting in Russia would you recommend for the next task pool?

In general, there is a task to move away from the current gag server (1 vcpu, 1ram, 120 hdd) to distributed storage, namely:

1) Place a web server and site database on Game CMS on one VDS (clickable) .
The engine itself is not particularly demanding, but in some places there are crutch solutions a la chat with a poll in 3 seconds, but it was also thought, apparently, according to needs, and no one planned to do something big on it.
I plan to hide the server behind cloudflare proxying, but the hoster itself should not be a waffle without any filtering, and even better if it has its own normal ddos protection and api for monitoring the load, or at least a page with normally working graphs. Also, in terms of resources, I won’t say exactly how much it may take with the expected online site after the innovations, but I would like at least several dozen clients to be able to adequately use all the functionality at the same time + on the same vds I want to raise the Pterodactyl control panel to manage docker containers with servers.

2) Place mariadb on another VDS to work with 10 CS:GO servers
There are a lot of systems on each of the servers that use frequent access to the database, but they are optimized and the load is not high, but with a large online of 100-200 people, they will often write something down and at the same time someone will request some or pages that will pull information from the database server.

3) We need purely file hosting for demo recordings of games and server files (which are downloaded to the client additionally).
In the first case, with good online, quite a lot of demos are written on all servers, but they are also needed in rare cases for some kind of proceedings in case of a complaint, etc. But they are planned to be downloaded a lot + clients, when entering the server, download additional files for the game from the file server. In theory, you can combine vds with a database and file hosting, but I would like the database IP to not burn and all systems to work relatively independently.

(The site with its database works smoothly and in which case it will always respond to the client + the external database to which the server writes and the site takes data from it should also be with excellent uptime. Well, the file server should not be on hdd, and with a good Internet channel , because players often download files and recorded demos are uploaded to the server)

I would like to switch to one reliable hosting that could provide me with all this and at a reasonable price.

Almost every hoster has configs for the first and third types of servers. But for the second type, not everyone. Cs servers are better to keep on servers with a good process. A la xeon 2288g or desktop cortex with a high frequency.
I know that the timeweb has configs for all the types you need. But if you count 1 5 GHz core for each CS serv, then it turns out to be very expensive. And on one server everything will not fit in any case. 8 cores max. As an option, put the CS server on the default wdski from the timeweb at 3.3 GHz. Come on, I don't know what will come of it. If there are not 64 slots and there are not too many plug-ins, then in theory it should work even at 128 ticks. It is desirable to take a core for each server. RAM gigs 20-30. Disk gigs 200-300 (as far as I remember, the stacked servo weighs about 15 GB).
For the web server, take their default configs. A couple of cores and a couple of gigs of RAM I think is enough. And it’s better to test everything under load and scale it if necessary.
For file server config hdd. The same thing a couple of cores and a couple of gigs of RAM and a terabyte - two hard drives.
Between all this business it would be necessary to organize a lokalka. Still, demos from 10 servers will be hard to give away. On the timeweb, the channel limit is 200 Mbps.
You can organize this whole thing on the cloud like vk cloud solutions. But it will cost more. For that, you can freely scale as you like and connect any disks. In this regard, the cloud is more flexible. And the channel there is almost 4 gigabits (although they promise about a gigabit)
