What useful resources do middle, senior programmers read?

What REALLY useful resources do middle, senior programmers read?
By really useful , I mean where without water, they essentially write.
These can be groups in VK, FB sites, including foreign ones.
In addition to habr, nothing comes to mind (although there are many useless articles there)
Technologies are not important, the main thing is the quality of the content

Middles and Seniors become only with experience. That is, you can not read 2-3 "correct" books and immediately become a senior.

They order articles/magazines of serious people from abroad. And it is very expensive.

A senior is a person with vast practical experience in stepping on a rake and inventing / modernizing "bicycles".
You can't read something and become a senior.
