The fan with controlled backlight has two connectors: one standard 3 or 4 pin for the fan itself, the second 4 pin (RGB) for the backlight. Your motherboard should have 2 RGB headers in addition to the 6 fan headers. The illumination of several fans can be connected in parallel.
