What type of network equipment to choose for the office?

Guys, need advice.
We have a company with 3 premises. (10, 5, 5 computers by cable)
+ 6 ip phones in each room.
+ in each room you need Wi-Fi for all managers
. 1 cable from the provider 100MB goes to the central office.
I wanted to buy 1 huge switch that will directly distribute cables to all computers in all rooms + put a Wi-Fi router on a separate channel in each room so that mobile phones work.
In total, it turns out you need to have about 30 channels in the main switch and three routers for Wi-Fi.
Am I correct or is there something else I need to do?
Yes, the most important thing is to be able to set maximum speed limits and priorities for each channel in the switch.

Buy 1 router, 48 port switch (preferably managed) and the required number of access points. Also, judging by your question, you will need to hire a specialist who will set up and connect the whole thing.
