What type of disk to choose in proxmox when creating a virtual machine and why?

I am creating a virtual machine for win server, which will have 1C and RDP, I don’t understand what is the difference between the options

You need to set the recommended SCSI (A SCSI controller of
type VirtIO SCSI is the recommended setting if you aim for

Virtio if you need maximum performance, but as storage for lvm
