What type of currency transaction code to use in the certificate of currency transactions when withdrawing from Upwork?

There was a dispute with the currency control of Tinkoff Bank about the correct currency transaction code when withdrawing funds from Upwork to the IP's transit currency account. I work on Upwork as a freelancer, not a customer.
I believe that the correct code is 20200 (I provide services and receive payment from a non-resident for them), the bank claims that 21500.
What code do you indicate (if you work as a freelancer) and, if it is not a secret, which bank do you serve?

Tinkoff ultimately explained currency control as follows:

If you receive the full amount of remuneration from those to whom you completed the task, then this is 20200. If an intermediary is involved, who receives funds for you, takes his commission and transfers the rest to you, then this is 21500.
