There is a food constructor , which promotion method to choose according to the ratio of advertising cost / profit?

I tried google ads, but the profit doesn't even close. People are interested, but as they understand that the product is paid, they give back. It seems that it is unrealistic to use contextual advertising with my project.

And if you choose to advertise with bloggers on Instagram or YouTube, is it better to indicate a link to the landing page or to the constructor itself?
