Yes of course. Find a ready-made library and a fool can. But to ask a question to Google - yes, read the answers at least from the first page - who (not) can?

If you knew how to google, you would have found your predecessors with the same useless questions. And they would recognize cats in 30 minutes with just a copy-paste of the code. Why is there math?

It would be nice to know statistics, you need to know discrete mathematics - the very essence of neural networks is built on it.
