What topic to choose for a diploma in automation?

Sup to everyone, a 5th year student is asking for your help, majoring in 230105.65 - VT and AS software.
As you can see from the title, I need a topic for my diploma, since I myself am in doubt.
As you can see by today's date, I need the topic quickly.

What did I come up with?
Lots of stuff, and the options range from insane to illegal, but so far, the most realistic option is:
1) write an AWP (Workstation), or group of AWPs, for a small veterinary practice;
2) do all this on the web interface;
3) ideally - to introduce your product somewhere.
Your opinion is important, IT brethren, will it take off or not?

A group of arms is bad, one solution is better. I used to work in a pension fund and supported a lot of arm, it's terribly inconvenient to work with a large number of applications.
