What tools are best suited and most accessible for analyzing the link profile of competitors?

I need this in order to find good link donors for my site. I know only 2 tools: ahrefs and serpstat and both are paid. Serpstat shows 10 positions of any information for free, be it links, keywords or anything else. I had an idea with the help of filters to find the best reference donors of certain competitors, filtering the best donors by the amount of traffic they bring, by ICS, trust and spamming. But I did not find such filters in serpstat - maybe they are not there, or I did not look well? In ahrefs, as far as I understand, to personally check the capabilities of the service, you can’t do without a trial for 7 days for $ 7 - but according to information from the Internet, you can see approximate information on the amount of traffic from a donor to a recipient in ahrefs - but how much is approximate? And in general, how great is it to do this to buy links to your site - to trust the information from these services when checking donors from competitors, so that you can buy from the best of those donors?
Ahrefs also has a $7 weekly trial - how is it different from their $100 monthly trial? Is there an idea as an option to buy for $ 7 for a week every time you need it - will there be no problems with this or will the service determine and stop this?

@IwanIwanow

Use Ahrefs. Register on the link , if you confirm that this is your site through the search console, you will get access to almost all the functions of ahrefs for free.
