What tool to use for a personal database with a blog?

Hello.
I would like to know what tools are available for convenient maintenance of your database on the Internet, like a blog. Those. wanted, wrote an article (public or not), a card file of watched films, music, books so that it was possible (and, for example, so that descriptions for them were taken from well-known sources). Calculate your finances, project manager (great, but you can also list To do). I understand that there may not be an ideal option, but perhaps there is a solution that allows you to add all this functionality in the simplest and fastest way.
So, all in one, no more, no less. Maybe someone something? I would be very grateful.

As a cyclist, I can suggest taking one of the popular web frameworks and figure something out yourself. First, roll up a blog, and then screw the necessary Wishlist to it.
The disadvantages are obvious - it will take time and the ability to burn out.
Pluses are not less obvious - almost absolute freedom of action. You can build just such a database with such tables as you need, hang your own triggers and handlers on these tables, etc. For example, count finances. With the help of CMS, this is quite problematic to organize. And, of course, it will be a good way to learn the language, framework, databases.

Python + django/flask. All the necessary flexibility is easily implemented.

maybe just a banal evernote?
and for public articles - wordpress.
But can I ask a question about "a file cabinet of watched films, music, books so that you can keep"
what functionality would you like in this regard, so let's say if "to the maximum"? Would you like to have a desktop program for this that scans files on the disk and integrates with the service? or just a stand-alone organizer as a service for example?
I’m doing a similar thing for myself in the last time, maybe later I’ll publish it for the public.

If the public database is Wordpress. Add the right content types with the right fields and you'll be good to go.
