What can you use to create a Landing Page in 2019?
I have no experience in creating websites, I decided to start trying.
I know that currently there are online constructors (Wix, uCoz, etc.), but they are paid (limited features in the free period).
I think that at the moment, you can create a Landing Page not manually ( Ps -> Sublime (for example) -> HTML5 + CSS + JS), but with the help of some program, create, roughly speaking, a frame (Drag-and- drop) and finish the goodies using HTML5 + CSS + JS (animation, etc.)
Who had / has experience in creating?
How long does it take you to create a Landing Page?
And is it possible to earn money on this or is it not in demand?

A static site can be hosted on github.com for example. Anything is better than wix and ucoz.
If you do not know HTML, then do not suffer for the sake of one page. Hire a freelancer or ask a friend. He will make you a bottle of beer (friend, in the sense).
I'm not talking about income. It depends on how and what you sell in general, what product. But in any case, predicting the future is a thankless task. And even more so to give guarantees. Your business - your risks, you and be responsible for them.

First I tried adobe muse. Like nothing like that. But then I saw how the code itself is arranged and realized that there could be problems with a manual upgrade. I decided to just download the cat html, css, js from ready-made sites and edit it in my own way) over time, writing from 0, I think, will not be difficult.
