What tool can be used to get the number of detected changes in each frame?
VLC is not suitable, because
1. writes to the log without timestamps.
2. the number of frames in the log is very different from the number of frames in the video (this is due to
2.1 frame skips, which vlc kindly reports in the same log, indicating the missed in milliseconds
2.2 with some kind of direct rendering (on ubuntu) , apparently because of which, in the log file one and a half times more frames
2.3 is possible with something else, but the number of frames with different crutches and bicycles could not be reliably brought closer to the real
one 3. there is an anomaly on Windows when suddenly there are a lot of frames with the same number of changes (this, of course, can be added with
a simple algorithm )
