What to write the code in?

Hello, I want to write an application for android, I was looking for an IDE, I didn’t find anything sensible, I tried it in android studio, it’s a terribly laggy development environment, + because I have amd, it doesn’t work normally, either install it or set it up. What do you advise?

And you won't find it. It is worth approaching the solution of the problem from the other side, then you should think about buying new hardware, or hands.

Buy an SSD, if it doesn't help, then a normal computer.

Eclipse is no longer fashionable? In extreme cases, you can start by using sublime, for Windows NotePad ++, for the sake of hardcore you can vim ,,,
PS. You still need to set it up for yourself. No one will make a toolkit convenient for you for you (especially for free).
