What to write in the alt attribute?

Hello.
At first I thought to prescribe in alt="" icons the same as the title + icon, but what's the point?
Would you like to enter it?

Icons are not part of the content. They carry only a visual load. Decorating. For machine reading they are useless, even harmful.
Imagine that you are "viewing" a page with a screen reader. And he starts to read the descriptions of the icons to you. Do you need it? You have come for information.
Therefore, icons should not be typed in the img tag at all. And if you made it up, then leave the alt empty and addrole="presentation"
