What to write for a portfolio using these technologies?

Good day, dear ones. The question arose, I’m not far from technology, but I’m completely 0 in programming in any language, I want to connect my life with IT (higher education is far from IT) and looking for vacancies in my city for June, I singled out some technologies. Tell me which project using these technologies will be feasible to write in solo (in a short time), naturally with parallel training.
PS Do not take it for impudence, but if possible, give examples not in the style of "Write an engine with functionality a la wp."
Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Security
Spring Integration, JMS(ActiveMQ);
JUnit, Mockito;
PostgreSQL.

I'm afraid that in a short time you will not be able to deal with these technologies on your own! The threshold for entry into all this is already very high.
But you can (and should) start at least with a pet project. Here, take the source code and figure it out step by step - https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-petclinic
As for Java, it would be good to study the main toolkit first of all. This is a set of classes and frameworks included in the JDK. Start here - https://vertex-academy.com/tutorials/en/samouchite...
And after that you can start spring and other IoC and MVC
