What program would you recommend for reading FB2 under Windows 7? It is possible without unnecessary bells and whistles, such as cataloging, etc. The main thing: to open quickly; memorize reading position; normal not "vyryglaznyy" background (or the ability to set your own background); the ability to choose a font (at least a few to choose from).

as already advised above - AlReader2. The program of the devil knows what year, it is very peculiar in setting, but of all the tried ones, this one turned out to be the best in terms of speed and text display (if you set it up, of course). Looks like this to me .
